Kanina, pagkatapos namin magaway ng asawa ko. Naisip ko bigla yung mga pangarap ko nung bata pa ako. Gusto ko maging isang robot scientist. Gusto ko din magkaroon ng sariling astrnomical telescope. Gusto ko makita yung jupiter at rings ng saturn sa sarili kong mga mata. Naisip ko gnayon. Mukang malayo pa ako sa mga pangarap ko. Pero alam ko, makukuha ko din yun. Hehe.
Bati na pala kami no Joana. Andito din pala mama nya. Wala lang. Si Adie? Bulagta na, 3:34am na eh!

ulam 101

Eto ulam ko ngayon ahahaha! Pero walang pork, manok lang kasi ang abailable eh!!

Chicken and Pork Adobo

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup distilled white vinegar (or cider vinegar)
1 cup water
2 tablespoons peeled and crushed garlic
2 teaspoons salt
2 pieces of bay leaves
half teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 pound chicken, cut into serving pieces, Chinese style
2 pounds pork butt, cut into cubes
soy sauce
oil

PREPARATION:
Add vinegar, water, garlic, salt, bay leaves and pepper into a large casserole. Bring to a boil.
Add the meat, cover and bring to a boil. Simmer and cook for about 30 minutes.
Sprinkle liberally with soy sauce and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Remove meat and reduce sauce.
Remove sauce to a bowl. Put oil into the casserole and brown cooked meat.
Drain oil from the casserole, and return the reduced sauce back with the meat.
Serve with rice.

Food trip

I am writting this with one hand. I carry Adie with the other hand, and feeding her with a cup cake. Ang gusto nya sunod-sunod.. Haay, Ang takaw nitong batang ito. =)

...i think shes done, akin na'tong sobra! Hahhaha! Nakakatuwa palang experience ang magpakain ng bata. Sana matulog na sya para makapag hugas na ako ng pinggan.

Ayan ang dumi na ng mukha, hehe. Sana may camera ako para makuhanan ko sya. After ko sya linisin balik selda, este crib pala si Adie. Marunong nang umupo si Adie ngayon, pero minsan hindi, ang gulo no? Hehe. Wala na pala kaming stock ng cup cake.

Ang madalas na pagkain nya ay: kamote, patatas, karot, cup cake, gerber, saging, apple. Dati nag luto si lola nya ng sinigang at pinakain namiya. Baka mamaya bumisita kami sa lola nya, sa bahay ng mga magulang ko. Malapit lang yun dito sa bahay namin, mga 3km lang, P7 sa jeep.

The weather now is kind of weird, ambon sa tag-araw. Pero ngayon hindi na umaambon, kanina lang. Pero masarap ang hangin. Ano kaya ang mangyayari sa future? Amp na global warming.

stupid mosquitoes

My fisrt, hahaha. Expect that i will be using two languages, English and Filipino, Filipino mostly. There is nothing more i can say right now because im already sleepy. It's now 2am on my pc.

Adie's kind of crying..im gonna, give her a bottle... ...there, she stops crying now. Hehe. Filling her stomach with Nestogen1 (baby's milk).

So many stupid mosquitoes... I've already mastered the art of killing mosquitoes. I have the hunger. A clap of death. A sweet revenge. Tho the blood isnt theirs but ours. And their number never dies.

Im realy feeling sleepy..but i have to keep up or the mosquitoes might get adie..
